SHOULD I TAKE COLOSTRUM IN TABLET FORM?

It takes tremendous pressure (which creates high temperatures) to form most tablets. When you apply this heat to Colostrum, you destroy the biological activity of Colostrum's immune and growth factors. If you choose tablets, make sure the tablets are formed with low heat, so that none of the biological activity is lost.
